I. General Information

Competition Method:
-5 vs 5 Game

Warcraft Version:
-WC3 TFT v1.24e

Map Version:
-DotA All-Stars v6.69c (latest version) or any latest version/stable map

Match Length Time:
-Every Match must not exceed to the approximate time of 2 hours.
(Officials have the right to decide of a winning team)

Match winners:
-The team who completely destroys the Frozen throne/World tree or if the opponent surrenders.

Nationality Restriction:
-Filipino Citizen

Venue:
- Event ROOM: DotA Tournament ROOM 01
*All games must be played on Garena Client Platform.


Game Schedule:

* It is strongly recommended that communications will all be done via Forum, YM/Msn and email by your team leader(captain).
* If a team is not present at the scheduled time waiting team wins automatically. (30 minutes Idle)
* To request a default win you have to contact an Official who will look into the case. Officials will rule on fair play, by trying to help getting in touch with the opponent and rather than letting a match start late than giving a forfeit win. However the fair play ruling is not a privilege to any team, and is based solely on the official's discretion.
* In case of a specific scheduled match is not played,it will result on the disqualification of both teams from the tournament.

* Matches are to be scheduled by the Teams themselves(except for the Semi-finals and Finals). They can play anytime as long as it is within the range limit of the playdays.Quote:

Only registered teams are allowed to play in every match,no substitutions/proxy of players unless approved by Organizers.

Game Play

Creeping:

-Creep blocking (such as using Chen's creeps to block the entrance tothe base disallowing creeps from moving down the lane completely) isnot allowed.
-Creep blocking is allowed (moving in front of the creeps in zigzag manner to slow their progress).
-Using spells to slow down allied creeps going down the normal lane is not allowed (such as using fissure).
-Creep pulling is allowed.

Item Sharing:

-Consumable items that are allowed to be shared are to be used and not to be sold.
(e.g Tango,Clarity potion,Flask water,etc.)

Sharing Units:

-Teams can share units such as crow and heroes.
(When there is one or more teammates got disconnected, then you can share the control of that player(s)' hero provided that the items will stay or the items can be sold through the left items of the hero).


II. Penalty For Unfair Matches

Abuse and Exploitations:

Trees Trapping (Disqualification):
-Trapping enemies in trees intentionally is not allowed.

Pause Abuse (Warning or Game Loss):
-During hero selection. From the point after hero selection process is completed, pausing without any valid reason is not allowed.

Bugs Exploitation (Warning , Game Loss or Disqualification):
-No Exploitation of any known old or new bug discovered during play.Explanations like"exploiting/activating the bug unknowingly", "we had no idea this bug existed" or similar excuses will not been tertained.

Participants/Teams are expected to know what these are:

Definition of Bugs:
- Anything abnormal which will give a competitor / team an unfair advantage.
- Anything which will cause the interruption / fatal error to the game.

Legend:

* Warning - After a warning is given, the game goes on. If a player receives 2 warnings in a single match, it will be counted as a game loss. A total of 3 warnings will result to disqualification.
* Game Loss - Game loss will given to a Team which means that the Team loses the current match no matter what is the result of that game.A win would be awarded to the opponent instead.
* Disqualification - A disqualified team will be evicted from the tournament. He/she will not be able to continue further in the current event.



III. Disconnections:

Teams are persuaded to save their games frequently during a match in order to compensate for disconnections (every 5th - 10th minutes)

Disconnect before the first hero has been killed:
Match load from the save if exists.

In case there is not a save after the ban/pick process: teams must take a screen shot with open scoreboard or save the replay, the match has then to be remade in -ap mode with the same heroes/lanes.

Disconnect after the first hero has been killed:
a) If a savegame has been made within the last 10 minutes, then consult the rule below. If not then the game continues without the disconnected player.
b) If the game was saved less than 10 minutes before the disconnection of a player, then the game has to be reloaded unless:

- The team losing their player wants to continue without a reload
- The other team destroyed at least one rax and they wish to continue
- If team 1 have killed 5+ heroes more than team 2 during the time from the last save game and the disconnection, then the disconnect is in the favor of team 1 which may choose whether to continue the match or remake from the save game.

For example: At the time of the save game the score is 35-35 and at the time of the disconnection the score is 42-37 for team 1

The item Aegis counts for 1 kill
A tower counts for 3 kills when calculating this, down.

If neither team is in advantage then an admin should be consulted, unless teams can agree to a decision by themselves.

If the players or the host pulled off, then there will be consequences of that action.

If a disconnected player is not able to be present within 15 minutes,games should be continued without him.Both teams have the right to request a save after big team collisions and when at least one building was destroyed.

After a remake all players have to pick the same heroes as before, buy the same items and must go to the same starting lane. On initial creep contact, the players may change their lanes.

If the same player disconnects more than 2 times, then the opposing team may chose to continue the match without him (the opposite team is allowed to continue without the disconnected player starting from the3rd disconnection).

It is allowed to use a disconnected hero, but it is not allowed to give his items to other players. The items may either stay on the disconnected hero, or be sold so the money is dispersed among there maining players.
Consumables are allowed to use up.


IV. Replay and Screen shots

This is the most important part of the Event because this is the only way to proclaim the winning team as winners (unless there is a marshalas a referee of the game). Without it, we can't determine who really won the game. So please give prior attention on this requirement,especially to winning teams.
